He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Kotylak. He is survived by: his mother Cecilia Kotylak; his children, Christine Kotylak, Leanne Kotylak and Ronald Kotylak; his siblings, Lillian Ripplinger (Bill) and Daniel Kotylak (Diane); and his nieces and nephews, Amy Boulanger (Trent), Candice Nixon (Brian), Neil Ripplinger (Gill), Grant Ripplinger (Pam) and Brent Kotylak (Jasmine). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, great nieces and nephews.
