He was predeceased by: his father Bernard Wozniak. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Wozniak; his children, Davis Wozniak, Aisha and Miya Wozniak; his siblings, Wanda Ryan, Leona Bowes (Richard), Debra Wozniak-Bonk (Patrick) and Devin Wozniak; and the mother of his children Heather Klemen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
