We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2020, at the age of 79, Delmer Wozniak (Wolseley, Saskatchewan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Raymond and Bernard; and his grandson Katlin Chutskoff. He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his daughter Belinda; and his grandchildren, Laura (Kris Derbowka), Shakara Chutskoff and Kearan MacDonald.

Due to Covid-19 an interment will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK S4P 2R3 can be made in his memory.
