She was predeceased by: her son Edward Charles Britt of Glace Bay, NS; and her parents, Charles MacFadyen and Violet MacFadyen of Glace Bay. She is survived by: her husband Eddie Britt of North Sydney, NS; her son Donald (Georgia) of Alida, SK; her sisters, Anne Ferguson of Pictou, NS, Florence MacFadyen of Mississauga, ON and Elizabeth MacFadyen of Fonthill, ON.; her granddaughters, Christina Britt of Regina, SK and Caley Strother-Stewart of Calgary, AB; her nieces and nephews, Caron Eagan (Patrick) of Dartmouth, NS, Brent Ferguson (Heather) of Burlington, ON and Annette Whitehead (Jim) of Pictou, NS; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlotte, Bronwyn, Colin, Gavin, Nora, Jacob and Bruce.
