He is survived by: his close friend Donna Choken; his mother Evelyn; his daughters, Martina (Les), Michelle (Avery) and Shayna (Chase); his grandchildren, Taylor, Tiara, Sienna, Kashis and Sophia; his great grandchildren, Rayne and Willow; and his siblings, Calvin (Rosie), Percy (Debbie), Brian (Carol), Charlotte, Noreen, Sandra (Frank), Audrey, Wanda (John), Theresa, Denise, Benelda (Louie), Debra (Shawn) and Julia (Chip). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, friends and adopted family.
