She is survived by: her daughter Ebony; her brothers, Noah and Aiden; her parents, Haley and Jon; her aunts and uncles, Colbie, Tierra (Josh), Calynnda, Cody (Anna), Colton (Julie) and Courage; her cousins, Chanel, Dustin, Mason and Myles; her great-grandparent Alice; and her grandfather Glenn.
