He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bierd and Sarah Bierd (McPhee); and his siblings, Murray (Sharon) of Victoria, BC and Ann Jeannot (David) of Langbank, SK.. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Mitchell, Lauren Bierd, Alayna, Kerri and Kandace (Jeff Wagner); and his brothers, Bob and Denny Friday.
