She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Ashworth and Phylis Ashworth; her parents-in-law, Marshall and Ann Culham; her brother Gordon; and her sister-in-law Lorna Ashworth.

She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Culham of Weyburn, SK; her son Tim Culham (Denise); her grandchildren, Ashley and Austin; her son Eldon Culham (Sheree Duncan); her grandchildren, Taylor and Kelsey; her son Chad Culham (Britany); her grandchild Emy; her siblings, Elaine Larsen (Lorne), Cecil Ashworth (Judy), Norma Shaw (Bob), Bev Knoblauch (Barry), Doug Ashworth (Lori), Kelly Ashworth (Janice), Brad Ashworth, Jackie Ashworth (Grant Parnall) and JoAnne Ashworth (Robert Tessier); and her brothers-in-law, Dave Culham and Gerry Culham (Kathy Montgomery). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews and many friends.
