He was predeceased by: his parents, George Story and Theresa Story; his sisters, Vivian Fehr, Emma Darling and Doreen Dean; his parents-in-law, Arnold and Francis Skjonsby; his siblings-in-law, Norma Shulko, George Shulko, Wayne Elliot, George Darling, Leon Bjola and Dave Dean; and his great grandchild Aaliyah Akanni.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Wendy Kilback (Jim), Cindy Senft (Todd) and Stewart Story (Sylvia); his grandchildren, Jamie Underwood, Kendal Hibbard, Tanis Kilback (Dustin Mills), Devon Story (Harley), Kayla Story, Shaylene Hamilton, Chris Kot, Krystal Akanni, Jason Speiler (Lindsay) and Kelly Speiler (Alysha); his sister Bev Novak (Val); and his siblings-in-law, John Fehr, Robert Skjonsby (Karen), Vern Skjonsby (Fran), Duane Skjonsby (Margaret), Glen Skjonsby (Debbie), Linda Bjola and Arlene Elliot. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
