He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his daughter Denise Johnson (Michael); his grandsons, Jason (Tracey), Jeremy (Lilly), Christopher (Shayna) and Matthew; his daughter Kathryn Johnson (Randy); his grandchildren, Gregory (Aimee), Derek (Emily) and Tracy De Michele (Marco); his daughter Glenda Boesgaard (Dag); his grandchildren, Aimee Perrin (Jeremy), Kami Jenkins (Donald), Carrie Gardiner (Tyler) and Kali Holdstock (Ryan); and his brother Clifford Petit (Leone). He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
