He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Moe and Olga Moe; his brother Dennis Moe; his parents-in-law, Raymond and Flo Van De Sype; and his siblings-in-law, Alvin Van De Sype, Jeannine Van De Sype and Kay Van De Sype.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Moe; his sons, Garrett Moe (Danielle, family: Charlotte, Veda) and Brandon Moe; his brother Willis Moe (Arlaine); and his siblings-in-law, Gary Van De Sype, Dave Van De (Judy), Linda Moe and Marie Wipf (Garnet). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
