It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Schultz (Weyburn, Saskatchewan), who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rose Schultz to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ted Schultz; her parents, Joseph Schäfer and Christina Schäfer; her brothers, Joseph and Johannes Schäfer; her brothers-in-law, Jim McMurdo and Sam Hewitt; and her granddaughter Kim Kosmynka.
She is survived by: her son Duane Schultz (Lorrie) of Weyburn; her grandchildren, Jonathan Schultz (Trisha) of Chestermere, AB, Michael Schultz of Calgary, AB, Janelle Jongsma (Luke) of Toronto, Ont, Nicole Bayerle of Weyburn and Jason Kosmynka of Calgary, AB; her great grandchildren, Oskar Schultz, Josh Lee and Emma Lee of Chestermere, AB.; her sisters, Lydia Hewitt of Weyburn and Terry McMurdo of Red Deer; and her nieces and nephews, Rick Hewitt (Judy), David Hewitt, Diane Hewitt, Curtis Hewitt (Dodie), Carol Charanduk (Gerard), Barry McMurdo (Linda), Jeff McMurdo (Louise), Sandra Meadows (Kelly), Kathy Filipowich (Mike) and Blake McMurdo. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Rose may be made to The Canadian Diabetes Association.
