He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Knox and John Knox; and his sons, Dustin and Christopher. He is survived by: his sister Lorrie Moffat (Ed) of Saskatoon, SK; his brother-in-law James Moffat (Amanda); his nieces and nephews, Grace, Elijah, Levi, Joanne Moffat (Clayton Hughes), Ryder, Asher, Cooper, Jaclyn Knox (Brycen Rande) and Jenna (Curt Patrick); his stepsister Joni Head (George); and his aunt Violet Lauder (Finney).
