He was predeceased by: his parents, Ingvald Daae and Thea Daae (Ashem); his siblings, Irvin Daae (Margaret) and Evelyn Ryan; his sister-in-law Lilah Daae; his parents-in-law, Olaf and Agnes Solie (Brothen); and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Dusevic (Joe), Palmer Solie, Marvin Solie, Vernon Solie and Otto Stojke.
He is survived by: his wife Verna; his children, Wayne Daae (Cathy), Blair Daae, Brenda Dumontel (Glenn), Patricia Kilback (Jeff) and Darwin Daae (Cindy); his grandchildren, Daniel Daae (Lauren), Michael Daae (Shannon), Amanda Heikoop (William), Crystal Daae, Kerry Chifan (Lewis), Ryan Dumontel (Athena), Lindsey Hagen (Matt), Chantel Aronson, Keith Daae and Andrew Daae; his great grandchildren, Evie, Easton, Anika, Aubrey Daae, Shaya, Layne, Mychal, Brooklyn Daae, Maksim, Claydon Chifan, Sadie, Jace Hagen and Titus Aronson; his siblings, Lawrence Daae, Donald Daae (Evelyn) and Beatrice Ashem; his siblings-in-law, Arlin Ryan (Linda), Violet Stojke, Eileen Solie, Lois Solie and Sharon Solie; and his friends, Bob and Carolyn Cranna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
