He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sterling and Mary Sterling; and his siblings, Isabella Cross, Jean Milford, Violet Beaurivage, Clifford Sterling and Lynn Sterling.
He is survived by: his wife Claudia; his children, Ron Sterling (Dana Sveinbjornson), Jim Sterling (Jaxson), Jeff Sterling and Cory Sterling; and his sister Sheila Greiner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and other friends.
