He was predeceased by: his parents, Prima Jacob and Ada Jacob; his grandson Ryan Naturkach; his siblings, Noel, Irene Gillie and Marcel Jacob; and his brother-in-law Maurice Potvin.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Irene Gauthier; his children, Kim (Faye), Adrian (Monique), Shelley (Blake), Mel, Pauline (Glen), Beatrice (Peter), Prima (Tami), Rosemarie (Nick), Robin, Tracy (Daniel) and Michael (Kathleen); and his siblings, Florence Boe, Jean Girard, Leo Jacob, Louise Potvin and John Jacob. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
