He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Williams and Grace Williams; and his brothers, Allan Williams, Jerald Williams and Leland Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Anne Williams of Weyburn, SK; his children, Thomas Williams (Sandy) of Regina, SK, Earl Williams (Charlotte) of Elrose, SK, Kenneth Williams (Sandra) of Calgary, AB, Connie Grace (Darrin) of Weyburn, SK and Andrew Williams (Heather) of Weyburn, SK; his sister Jean Anderson (Bob); and his sisters-in-law, Rose Williams and Marguerite Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Due to the current Covid Restrictions a Celebration of Murray's Life will take place at a later date.
