He was predeceased by: his mother Audrey Parks; his grandparents, Lillian, Horace Butler, Ina and Cecil Parks; and his aunts and uncles, Stella (Roy Butler), Phyllis (Lawrence Bloor), Josie (Bill Hindley), Agnes (Lyle Parks), Albina (Wes Parks), Hazel (Ernie Peterson), Nora (Mike Schmidt), Dorothy Blanchard, Patricia Gardiner, Raymond Parks, Russel Hallborg, Armand Tremblay and Ted Beaudin.
He is survived by: his father Cecil Parks; his sister Rosanne Kerr (Darryl); his nieces and nephews, Victoria, Hope and Calista; his sister Pat Parks Wilkes (Kim); his nieces and nephews, Devan Lohse (Danka Spiric), Paige, Brady Popil, Kohen, Camdyn, Jennifer, Konrad Frederiksen, Brianna Lynn, Karter, Alexa Lee, Andrea Woods, Brennen, Adelyn, Travis Wilkes and Devon Wilkes [Avery]; and his aunts, Delores (Rod Butler), Kathy (Gordon Parks), Maxine Hallborg and Darlene Beaudin (Maurice Blanchard). He is also survived by many cousins, and special friends.
For family and friends so wishing, charitable donations in memory of Michael may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre St, Regina, SK, S4P 2R3, or to a local food bank in Michael's name.
