Maurice Jalbert Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maurice Jalbert of Weyburn, Saskatchewan, born in Radville, Saskatchewan, who passed away on May 13, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile and Theresa; his brother Leon (Marilyn); his daughters, Michelle Jalbert (Bob Leedham) of Calgary, Marnelle Perras (Gary) of Calgary, Malinda Jalbert (Paul Rivera) of Calgary and Marcie Schmidt (Kurt) of Moose Jaw; his grandchildren, Aidan, Allie, Emma Leedham, Joshua, Isaac, Ella Perras, Maisie, Maxten Rivera, Sam and Katie Schmidt; and his brother-in-law Brian Ward of Moose Jaw.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn. He is also survived by his sons-in-law and grandkids.
Maurice overcame a number of health challenges over his lifetime, including a liver transplant in 2002, but was taken by complications after recently contracting Covid.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Maurice's name to the Palliative Care Unit 3A Pasqua Hospital and the Canadian Cancer Society. Please consider registering for organ donation and inform your family of your wishes.
