It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jeanette Brokenshire (Weyburn, Saskatchewan), who passed away on March 1, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Sam Brokenshire; her daughter Heather Brokenshire; her parents, John Vogel and Mary Vogel (Kot); her brothers, Vernon Vogel and Raymond Vogel; her sister-in-law Judy Vogel; and her parents-in-law, Thomas and Agnes Brokenshire (Brownhill).

She is survived by: her daughters, Roberta (Peter Kaufmann) of Weyburn and Mary Irving (Thom) of Winnipeg, MB; her grandchildren, Sean (Anita Tsai), Laurie (Mark Lowry) and Kelly; her son Royce; her siblings, Joan Vogel of Regina, Rita Vogel of Regina, Peter Vogel of Theodore, SK, Gordon Vogel of Provost, AB and Victor Vogel (Cheryl); and her uncle Vern. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
