It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marcella Makelki (Weyburn, Saskatchewan), who passed away on March 13, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Carl Makelki; her parents, Nestor Vasseur and Katherine Vasseur; and her brothers, Lucien, Bernard and Fabian.
She is survived by: her daughter Valorie Borgen (John); her grandchild Chelsey Souther (Matt); her great grandchildren, Jase, Blayke and Emersyn; her sons, Christopher Borgen and Brian Makelki (Brenda); her grandchildren, Jasmine Makelki (Jordan Heaman) and Dylan Makelki; her siblings, Edward (Delores), Victor Vasseur and Wanda Evenson (Rodney); and her siblings-in-law, Charlie Makelki, Katie Ashworth and Donna Makelki. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, we all must abide by the province of Saskatchewan's restrictions on public gatherings by limiting the number of people attending the service to 30 people.
