She was predeceased by: her former husband Frank Piwowarski; her husband Calvin Toth; her friend John Chopyk; her parents, Andrew Mandziak and Annie Mandziak; and her brother John Mandziak.
She is survived by: her son Lenard Piwarski (Mary Ann); her grandchildren, Bridget Andrews (Murray), Ken Piwarski (Camri), Connie McGuire (Shawn) and Jolene Sinclair (Chris); her great grandchildren, Logan, Nolan, Kolin, Ashten, Kaela, Cassidy, Nevin and Luke; and her siblings, Andrew Mandziak (Gloria) and Katie Nelson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
