She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Beaulieu and Josephine Beaulieu; her brothers, Leo, Paul and Euclid Beaulieu; her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Shirley and Miriam Beaulieu; and her parents-in-law, Harry and Kathleen Church.

She is survived by: her husband James Church; her sister Shirlee Beaulieu; her children, Guy Church (Yvette) and Cheryl Stott (Tim); her grandchildren, Mike Church (Jennelle), Sarah Satre (Dustin), Courtney Bechard (Mitch), Layne Stott (Kim) and Katlin Stangland (Dexter); and her great grandchildren, Kitchener, Ophelia, Rowynn, Jameson, Briggs, Chloe and Jaxon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
