He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Ortmann and Elizabeth Ortmann; his wife Frances Ortman; his siblings, Theresa Carter (Elwin), Adam Ortman (Joyce) and Bill Ortman; and his brother-in-law Eugene Kerowatski.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Butz (Glen) of Edmonton, AB, Edie Lozinsky (Tim) of Leader, SK, Carolyn Bowers (Dan) of Regina, SK, Gerald Ortman (Colette) of Regina, SK, Eldon Ortman (Nora) of Saskatoon, SK and Wendy Pitre (Bruce) of Weyburn, SK; his great grandchildren, Kelly Elliott (Kim), Anderson, Lindsay Skyler (Kevan), David Pierce (Jen), Halle, Rhett, Dallas Kaiden (Janelle), Ayla, Ashlyn, Connor, Lauren Isabella (Evan), Brooklyn, Cohen, Kaitlyn Bennett (Morgan), Terry Chase (Rhela), Sadie, Joanna Harper (Adam), Myla, Amber Naysa (Aaron), Angela (Robert), Taryn (Brodie), Brett (Alina), Ashton (Tyler), Justin (Jennifer) and Alex; his sister Agnes Kerowatski; and his sister-in-law Ev Ortman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
Due to the Covid Pandemic the maximum church capacity is 80 people.
