He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Lesiuk and Annie Lesiuk; his father-in-law Pete; his children, Ivan Lesiuk and Myrna Lesiuk; his sister Mary Gilewicz; his brother-in-law Daniel Gilewicz; his brother Harry Lesiuk; his sister-in-law Jeanette Lesiuk; his stepsisters, Christina Nakonechni (John Nakonechni) and Anne Sanford (Mickey Sanford); his siblings-in-law, Meinrad Kauck and Pauline Geiger (Norm Geiger); his nephew Patrick Lesiuk; and his niece Audrey Gilewicz.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Lesiuk; his daughters, Lorrie Lesiuk and Chevonne; his granddaughter Shyla Lesiuk; and his siblings, Steve Lesiuk (Jane) and Kathy Kauck.
