He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arthur Dempsey, Annie Dempsey, Peewee LeBlanc and Alice LeBlanc. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Kasper of Edmonton, AB, Ramone Dempsey of Weyburn, SK and James Dempsey Jr of Weyburn, SK; his parents, James N. Dempsey and Lorrie Bawn (Donald Grant); his brother Kelly Dempsey; his daughter Jessica Dempsey; his sister Desirea Brant (Benjamin); and also, Kevin Dempsey (Shannon Theriault), Karissa and Marshall. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and many friends.
