He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lewis Libin (Desire Louis Libin) and Pearl Adeline Hammer (Len Stower); his brother David Howard Libin; and his grandparents, Sigurd, Emma Hammer (Berg), Joseph and Justine Libin (Leveille).

He is survived by: his sister Judi Erickson of Regina, Saskatchewan; and his nieces, Sheila Filion (Joe) and Patti Miller (Aaron). He is also survived by great nephews & great great nephews & nieces as well as many cousins and friends.
