It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida May Duriez of Weyburn, Saskatchewan, born in Lampman, Saskatchewan, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Carriere and Antoinette Carriere; her brothers, Edwin and Ron Carriere; her brothers-in-law, Jim Prosser, Henry Reich, Al Hagel and Maurice Duriez; her parents-in-law, Maurice and Olive Duriez; and her sister-in-law Ellie Duriez.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Duriez of Weyburn, SK; her siblings, Jim Carriere (Elaine), Dolores Prosser, Kay Gessner (Charlie), Phyllis Lewis (Bill), Jean Reich and Dianne Hagel; and her siblings-in-law, Myrtle Carriere, Janette Campbell, George Duriez, Ray Duriez (Pat), Louis Duriez (Gale), Clem Duriez (Nicole), Lionel Duriez (Dixie), Aimie Duriez (Esther) and Dan Duriez (Donna). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
