Germaine Eleanore McLachlan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2021, at the age of 90, Germaine Eleanore McLachlan (Weyburn, Saskatchewan), born in Rhein, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Ries and Mary Ries; her husband Lorne McLachlan; her son Kelly; and her siblings, Elmer, Doreen, Colleen, Bert, Ken, Lorne, Donnie, Shirley and Viola.

She is survived by: her brothers, Delbert Ries (Renate) of Kamloops, BC and Robert "Bob" Ries of Strathmore, AB; her daughters, Lorna Wasmuth (Alec) of Quesnel, BC and Cathy Arndt (Ron) of Weyburn, SK; her grandchildren, Natasha Wasmuth (Ahren Chappell) and Cory Ror (Brenda Schneider); her children, Adrianna, Nathan and Chad Ror; her grandchild Beckett; and her sisters-in-law, Sandra Ries, Lois Ries, Louise Ries and Debbie Campbell Ries. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

Due to Covid family decided to move her out of the care home & into her daughter's home.
