He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Pander and Lily Pander; his siblings, Margaret and Don; and his sisters-in-law, Carol and Lorna.

He is survived by: his children, Richard Pander of Weyburn, SK, Amanda Wishart (Jamie) of Fillmore, SK and Waylon Pander of Lloydminster, SK; the mother of his children Linda Pander of Weyburn, SK; his siblings, George, Wayne Pander, Anne Silversides (Doug) and Gloria Doucette (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Leroy Seeley and Shirley Pander. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and one great grandchild.
