He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Borys and Mary Borys; his brother Larry Borys; his sister-in-law Valerie Borys; his nephew Dallas MacNaughton; his great-nephew Joel Borys; and his great-niece Madison Valerie Schaff.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Lora Johnson (Darcy Blampied), Justin (Ashley), Kyira (Josh), Lisa Robertson (Ken), Jaxon, Jordyne, Lana Bakken (Lee), Jayden (Carley), Jack, Brennah and Grady; his siblings, Lyle (Dianna Swanson), Ron (Carol), Daryl (Joan), Blair (Wendy), Blaine (Lori) and Darlene MacNaughton (Allan); and his siblings-in-law, Ann Schneider (Dick), Pat Robillard (John), Lee Halaburda (Wally), Clare Spector (Matt) and Fred Deck (Kay). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and friends.
