He was predeceased by: his parents, Adalbert Coppicus and Anna Coppicus; his parents-in-law, Louie and Katie Ulmer; his son Michael; his sisters, Martha Hassler, Helen Plein and Mathilda Lenius; and his siblings-in-law, Gloria Aimoe, Verna Ulmer, Grace Ulmer, Peter Hassler, Paul Plein, Mathias Lenius, Raymond Kearns, Gerald Ulmer, Donald Ulmer, Melvin Ulmer and Alex Topp.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Hingtgen (Jim), Mark Coppicus (Claudette) and Janice Porter (Gary); his grandchildren, Scott Hingtgen (Shannon), Jeffrey Hingtgen (Anita), Jennifer Kitzul (Kyle), Brandon Coppicus (Caley), Reagan Coppicus (Liz) and Megan Porter; his great grandchildren, Tianna, Harlyn, Maxon, Greta, Otis, Paige, Leyna, Roane, Natalie, Benjamin and William; his siblings, Theresa Kearns and Gerald; his sister-in-law Sylvia Coppicus; his brother Glen; and his sister-in-law Ethel McCormick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
