She is survived by: her husband Paul Hoffart; her children, Luke Hoffart and Tori Farr (Brody); her mother Yvette Afterchuk; her sisters, Denise Breau and Rachel Graham (Chris); and her father-in-law Ralph Hoffart. She is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews.
