Elmer Allan Franks Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elmer Allan Franks of Weyburn, Saskatchewan, born in Maidstone, Saskatchewan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 5, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Fran; his parents, David and Bertha; his brothers, Doug and Rueben; his parents-in-law, Pat and Mildred Patrick; and also, Bill (Agnes Pittman), Quint (Marg Patrick), Bert (Doug McKenzie) and Gerry Grandbois.
He is survived by: his children, Brent Franks (Edna), Taryl Franks-Kalesnikoff (Blair) and Wade Franks (Jen); his grandchildren, Joel (Kezia), Casey, Erin (Austin), Jordan (Aidan), Dryden, Davis (Melinda), Kirsten (Matt), Ethan and Owen; his great grandchildren, Gabe, Gunner, Lennix and Frankie; and his siblings, Dixie Young (Bill) and Willie Franks (June). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and very good friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion (150 3rd St NE, Weyburn, SK S4H 0W2).
