She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Hack; her grandson Brendan Hack; her parents, Russ McFadden and Dorothy McFadden; her siblings, Stan McFadden, Joan Hall and Gail Neiszner; and her brothers-in-law, Harold Ward, Edgie Halladay and Henry Schleger.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Klein (Joseph); her grandchildren, Jody Basset (Rene), Nathan, Evan, Crystal Basset (Colin), Cole, Lane and Anna; her son Gary Hack (Linda); her grandchildren, Derek Hack (Dina), Zayden, Sovannah, Xander, Emilia, Ryker, Jessica Zacharias (Perry) and Ellie; her son Gordon Hack (Cheryl); her grandsons, Justin and Adam; her sisters, Shirley Ward, Norma Halladay, Lois McLeod (Glen), Brenda Klein (Dan), Marilyn Hulbert (Doug) and Fran Birrell (Kevin); and her sister-in-law Fran Schleger. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
