He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor McNeil and Catherine McNeil (Kae); his sisters, Victoria Merryfield (Gordon) and Merlice Metzger (Richard); his brother-in-law Harold Bender; and his nephew Dr. Ken Metzger.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne McNeil; his children, Bradley, Melissa and Jordan; his brother Ray McNeil (Ivy); and his sister-in-law Carol Bender. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
