Donald James Gurskey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald James Gurskey (Weyburn, Saskatchewan), born in Regina, Saskatchewan, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Herman; his father-in-law Dwight Morrison; and his sister Marlene. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Mila, Jada Alzomal, Brittany and Elizabeth; his sons, William Gurskey and Wesley Gurskey (Patti); his grandchildren, Carter (KayLyn Thompson), Dakota (Johny Friesen), Rebecca and Cooper; his mother Ida; his sisters, Joyce Scott (Lloyd) and Myrna Hunter; his mother-in-law Edna Morrison; his wife Kay Morrison; his daughter Wendy Patricia; and his grandsons, William Donald and Wesley James. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to Covid 19 protocols we all must abide by the province of Saskatchewan's guidelines on public gathering by limiting the number of people attending the service to 30 people.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Don to the Holy Angels Catholic Church at Box 117, Pangman, SK S0C 2C0 or Deep South Personal Care Home at Box 150, Pangman, SK S0C 2C0.
