He was predeceased by: his wife Patti Underwood (Lizuck); his parents, Percival Underwood and Rosina Underwood; his sister June Patterson; his father-in-law Michael Lizuck; his sisters-in-law, Dianne Marlin and Vicky Lizuck; and his nephew Trevor Lizuck.
He is survived by: his children, Kyla Moffatt (Ryan), Douglas (Shanel), Michael, Sarah Richaud (Mason), Toni (Brayen Wick) and Mary Juneau (Trevor); his grandchildren, Taryn Murray-Underwood (Kyle), Nickolas, Carys Moffatt, Imy, Decious, Inara, Briona Underwood, Brysen Richaud, Dean Wick, Paige, Hayley, Jayke and Kayden Juneau; his brother Tom Underwood (Shena); his mother-in-law Lillian Lizuck; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis (Lynne), Barry (Lorett), Stan (Bev), Steven, Connie (Gary), Denise (Bill) and Wendy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
