He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lewis and Herbert Lewis; his wife Ella; his great grandchild Hope Grace Nicolson; and his brothers, Delmar and Darcy Lewis (Jean).
He is survived by: his son Wade Lewis (Vicki, family: Michelle Nicolson) of Saskatoon, SK; his grandchildren, Hunter and Piper; his daughter Andrea Martyniuk (Devin); his grandchildren, Holden and Amelie; his daughter Amanda Coleman (Keagan); his grandchildren, Reid and Riley; his daughter Twyla Szoke (Nicholas, family: Sheldon Hoffman, Alicia DeVos) of Edmonton, AB; his grandchildren, Desmond and Delilah; his child Shelby Klassen (Brian); his grandchildren, Ivory and Leo; his daughter Carla Lewis of Preeceville, SK; his siblings, Judy Dembiczak of Weyburn, SK and Richard Lewis (Karen) of Courtney, BC; and his sisters-in-law, Ida Gerbrandt (Dick) of Cranbrook, BC, Adella Pilling (Irven) of Livelong, SK and Minetta Lewis of Richmond, BC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
