He was predeceased by: his son Curtis Offet; his parents, Carl Offet and Gladys Offet; his mother-in-law Esther Ratcliffe; and his brothers-in-law, Vernon Solie and Donald Jacobson.
He is survived by: his children, Craig (Charmaine) and Suzanne (Rick Brown); his daughter-in-law Deena (Todd Volk); his grandchildren, Darcie, Janessa (Joel), Carson, Jessica, Rachel Courtney (Brett), Callie (Rielly), Jensen, Cael and Tahlaya; his sister Sharon Solie; his sister-in-law Marie Jacobson; and his wife Ida Ratcliffe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
