He was predeceased by: his son Perry; his parents, John Folk and Josie Folk; and his siblings, Jake, Rosella, Roy, Ed, Anne and Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Kevin Folk (Leslie Epp), Dawne Domes (Quienten) and Colin Folk (Carole Vogel); his grandchildren, Zack Maas (Heather Statz), Jhett Folk, Mitchell Folk (Shannon Fitzpatrick), Josie Garagan (Wyatt), Olivia Folk (Rojs Zukas), Ethan Domes (Bayley Farr), Ben Folk Tyler Domes (Sabrina Segovia) and Mya Folk; his great grandchildren, Vaida, Rykr, Sebastian Maas, Ellie and Beau Zukas; and his siblings, Ray Folk, Ken Folk (Norma) and Martha Robertson (Harry).
