He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole Eikemo and Anna Eikemo; his grandparents, Selma, Theodore Fladeland, Karolina and Andreas Eikemo; his aunts and uncles, Arthur Fladeland (May), Cora Matters (Art), Wilhelm Fladeland (Clara), Emily McGugan (Don), Ted Fladeland and Joe Kaufmann; and his cousins, Lloyd Matters, Lorraine Nielson, Faye Friedrichsen, Fern Hillstead, Elodie Bordian, Dennis Fladeland, Judy Fladeland, Murray Fladeland and Brian Kaufmann.
He is survived by: his aunts, Nina and Gertrude; his cousins, Laura Larsen, LouVonne Skjerdal, Sharon McGugan, Oral Fladeland, Wayne Fladeland, Pat Leatherdale (Arnold), Karen Fettes (Dwayne), Brent Kaufmann (Gwen) and Dianne Dedora (Greg); his extended family, Valerie Fladeland, Tracie Fladeland, Morris Hillstead and June Matters; and his friend Ken Oberkirsch.
