He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sluzalo and Sarah Sluzalo; his brothers, Blaine Sluzalo and Gary Sluzalo; and his brother-in-law Chuck Burwell.
He is survived by: his close friend Beulah Bailey; his children, Kenneth Sluzalo (Darolyn Elliott), Sandra Veer (James Dionne) and Jessi Sluzalo; his granddaughter Amanda Lee Cooper; his great grandchildren, Kieran and Evan Fenske; his grandchildren, Brea Comerford, Jaret Veer (Ana) and Megan Newton (Tanner Case); his great grandchild Gemma; and his siblings, Conrad (Shirley), Eddie, Jeanette Burwell and Carol Buchkowski (Bill). He is also survived by nephews, nieces and friends.
