He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Racine and Alice Racine; and his siblings, Alvin Racine, Edward Racine, Lloyd Racine, Raymond Racine, Wilfred Racine, Manfred Racine and Mabel Whelpley.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Racine (Tami), Robert Racine, James Racine, Rhonda Nerpal, Leticia Racine and Melissa Bridges; and his brother Walter Racine. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
