He was predeceased by: his grandson Ryan; his parents, Lyle and Mary; his parents-in-law, Robin and Hilda Jopling; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Wilde, Murray Wilde and Dave Engle.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sons, Michael (Sandra) and Patrick (Darcy); his grandchildren, Logan, Tyson, Connor, McKenna and Kenzie; and his siblings, Gail Engle and Joe Weatherald (Lauraine). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wawota Community Forum, Wawota Curling Club or Wawota Ball Park.
