She was predeceased by: her parents, Matilda Jackson and Walter Jackson; her niece Fae Jackson; her granddaughter Hailey; her great grandchild Kolson; and her siblings, Eric, William (Bill), Herbert, Doreen and Philip.

She is survived by: her husband Rene Jacques; her children, Heather (Steven), Adrien (Kathy), Ava (Blair), Jeanine (Hector) and Travis (Heather); and her siblings, Phyllis, Walter and Harvey.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Moosomin & District Healthcare Foundation for the Southeast Integrated Care Centre, in memory of Patsy.
