He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dresar and Carrie Van Dresar (Betty); his son Paul (Matthew); and his siblings, Douglas, Ethel Caroline and David Norman.

He is survived by: his wife Marguerite; his grandson Leland; and his siblings, Lila Brehaut (Steve) and Gordon (Valerie). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews as well as friends and co-workers.
