He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald McNeil and Audrey McNeil; and his brother Keith McNeil. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Todd McNeil and Taycee McNeil; and his siblings, Harvey McNeil (Shirley), Sharon Tourand (Eugene) and Val Church (Myron). He is also survived by grandsons, grand-daughters and one great-grandson.
