He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter George and Wilma Irene Mitzenius (Kirby); his uncle Don Kirby; his aunt Betty Kirby Egler; his cousins, Ron Kirby and Juanita Kirby West; and his former wife Dee.
He is survived by: his son Deven Ray Mitzenius of McKinney; his sisters, Gay Smallwood (Gary) of Norfolk and Virginia Paula Mitzenius of Lakewood, Florida; and his nephew Jason Smallwood of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by 7 children and several cousins and the many friends.
