Roy Ardell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Ardell in Warman, Saskatchewan, born in Rosetown, Saskatchewan, who passed away on September 8, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Ardell and Flossie Ardell; his siblings, Myrtle (Gordon Gibbings), Reta (Evertt Wickens), Elsie (Tom Seeley), Bessie (Ervine Page), Verna (Norman Dreger), Bruce (Jean), Hugh (Evelyn) and Mina (Carmen McCombs); his wife Margaret (Skarsgard); his former wife Anne; his children, Terry (Joanne), Dale (Jan), Joan (Darrel), Cathi (Bruce) and Rob (Sharon); his grandchildren, Brad, Mark, Mike (Theresa), James (Allison), Kristen (Michael), Kim (Joni), Bree (Otto), Stephanie (Spencer), Andrew, Peter, Jared (Marla), Steven (Karina), Kathryn, Nathaniel, Adam, Jenessa (Jani), Carla (Matt), Becky (Denver), Sarah and Joey (Shaina); his grandparents, Skarsgard and Gideon; and also, Sylvan (Doreen), Harvey (Ilse) and Lloyd (Margaret). He was also cherished by 13 great grandchildren.

As per covid restrictions, a small intimate family funeral is planned on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 3:00 p. m.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be given to the Gideon Bible Society in memory of Roy Ardell.
